To avoid the cancellation fee you may be given a credit for a future seminar taken within six months of the paid seminar. Due to the contract terms with the Resorts, no refunds will be able to be granted after this date.

Check-In/ Check-Out:
Guest accommodations will be available after 3:00 pm (Monday – Thursday) and 5:00 pm (Friday – Sunday) on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 pm on departure day. Any individual requesting special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure. Should the Resort allow for a late check-out, it may impose a half-day rate.
Upon check-in, you shall be required to present a valid credit card on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room and tax charges and Daily Resort Charge for the length of your stay, plus the anticipated use of the resort’s ancillary services, and the Resort shall require your home/business address and email address.
