Cancellation Policy: Should it become necessary for you to cancel prior to 30 days of your conference, a refund will be given minus a $100 cancellation fee along with any ACLS/PALS textbooks mailed, if applicable. To avoid the cancellation fee you may be given a credit for a future seminar taken within six months of the paid seminar. Due to the contract terms with the Resorts, no refunds will be able to be granted after this date.

Grand Wailea Resort & Spa

This magnificent resort was built in 1991 with a commitment to portray the richness of Hawaii’s nature, culture, and people. The resort features luxurious accommodations, award winning cuisine, the unparalleled 50,000 square foot, Spa Grande which is the largest spa in Hawaii, championship golf and tennis as well as the island’s most notable pools and water park. 

The resort has 780 guestrooms, including 52 suites. The NAPUA TOWER offers 100 rooms in a private club-area situated at the center of the hotel, featuring dedicated concierge services with upgraded guest room accommodations.

Children’s Amenities:  The 20,000 sq. ft. “Children’s Resort” is a special haven for children ages five to twelve.  Staffed with qualified personnel’s who also offer nighttime supervision.  Camp Grande is equipped with a children’s restaurant, craft room, theater, game room, and outside play area.  Activities include hikes, nature walks and special workshops, such as Lei Making, Ukulele Lessons and T-Shirt dyeing. 

They also offer two new rooms for children ages four and under when accompanied by an adult.  The Rainbow Room features “Tunnels of Fun,” “Climb and Slide Play Center,” and a 21-piece block set.

Teens are invited to relax at Spa Grande during “Co-ed Teen Spa Night” and compete on the big screen in the “Camp Grande” movie’s theater at the “X-Box Teen Challenge.”  

Recreational and Ocean Facilities:  The Wailea Canyon Activity Pool has nine separate pools, including a “baby beach,” seven waterslides, waterfalls, caves, white water rapids, grottos, whirlpool and sauna and the world’s first water elevator.   The activity pool contains a Scuba Diving Pool, specially designed for scuba diving lessons. The resort also offers windsurfing and snorkeling instruction. 

Wailea Golf Club:  One of the largest and most acclaimed golf facilities in Hawaii, Wailea Golf Club offers three 18-hole championship courses.  The challenging Wailea Gold Course, home of the Wendy’s Champions Skins Game, was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. The Wailea Emerald Course is akin to a lush tropical playground and the Wailea Blue Course, or the “The Grand Lady of Wailea,” was the first course built in Wailea and features stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Mt. Haleakala.  Wailea Golf Club also offers two full-service pro shops and the finest outdoor training facility in the Pacific. In addition the island boasts a total of 14 courses, making Maui a golfer’s paradise!

Wailea Tennis Club:  One of the finest tennis facilities in the state, the 11-court complex features immaculate Plexipave courts, including three lit for night play and a stadium court large enough to accommodate up to a thousand spectators.  The resort offers a pro shop and staff of USPTA-certified professionals, a range of daily activities and lesson programs, game matching services, rental racquets and ball machines.

Private Deep Sea Fishing: Private charters are being offered through PAS, Inc. in the nearby seaport town of Lahina, located approx. 45 minutes from Wailea. Maximum charter boat excursion capacity is six persons per charter.  Charter boats vary in size with minimum size of forty feet. Resort & Spa Reservation/Accommodations

PAS, Inc. has successfully negotiated a significant group rate discount. To obtain the discounted group rate, please call the Grand Wailea Resort & Spa at 800-888-6100 and state that you are with Premier Anesthesia Seminars, Inc.

It is important that you contact the resort at least thirty (30) days prior to your arrival and provide the resort with your name, home or business address, email address (if any), requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e., king, queen/queen, or suites), check-in and check-out dates, and your preference for smoking or non-smoking room.  Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. The Resort will not confirm reservations in writing.

Please be aware, that PAS, Inc. has blocked a dedicated number of rooms for this conference; once they are sold out, room requests and rates will based on availability. The negotiated rooms rates are phenomenal for this resort, so please do not hesitate!

There shall be a $50.00 per person/per night charge for more than 2 persons in any room, with a maximum of 4 persons per room. No charge for children 17 years of age and younger staying in room with parents utilizing existing bedding.

In the Napua Tower, there is a $100.00 per person/ per night charge for additional adults in rooms (with a maximum of 3 adults per room) and a $75.00 per person/ per night charge for additional children, age 13 – 17 years, a $50.00 per person/ per night charge for children, age 5 – 12 years (with a maximum of 4 persons per room)

Accommodations are subject to tax, which is currently 11.416%, per room .

Group room rates will be honored three (3) days before and three (3) days after conference dates and are based on space availability.

Thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the Grand Wailea Resort requires a nonrefundable prepayment by credit card no later than thirty (30) days prior to arrival.  An individual’s deposit is refundable if the Resort receives notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. 

In addition to the rates set forth above, there will be a daily Resort Charge of $20.00 (taxable) per room, per night, which includes:

  • A flower Lei greeting upon arrival
  • A welcome Mai Tai punch (non-alcoholic) at the designated check in area
  • Unlimited local, toll-free, and credit card calls (no access fee)
  • Coffee or tea in guest rooms
  • Nightly turndown service
  • Unlimited use of Spa Grande’s Fitness Center featuring cardiovascular and strength training equipment
  • Participation in Sunrise Power Walks and Yoga classes
  • Admission to twice-daily scuba clinics and water aerobics
  • Participation in scheduled Art and Garden tours featuring the works of Botero, Leger, Picasso and Warhol
  • Use of self-parking facilities 
  • Shuttle service to scheduled stops throughout the Wailea area (twice per hour) 
  • In-room high-speed internet access (128K)
  • Admission to Tsunami Nightclub 
  • Use of the water features to include water slides, water elevator, whirlpools and rope swing. 

The following resort porterage and housekeeping gratuity and charges will be added to the room rate:

Golf Bag Porterage                                             $3.00 per bag, roundtrip

Check-In/ Check-Out:
Guest accommodations will be available after 3:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 12:00 pm on departure day. Any individual requesting special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.  Should the Resort allow for a late check-out, it may impose a half-day rate.

Upon check-in, you shall be required to present a valid credit card on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room and tax charges and Daily Resort Charge for the length of your stay, plus the anticipated use of the resort’s ancillary services, and the Resort shall require your home/business address and email address. 

Spa Services:

Due to the demand of their state-of-the-art spa facilities and advance individual commitments, we encourage advance arrangements. Individuals who desire to make use of the spa services should make appointments and/or obtain further information regarding these services by calling them directly at 1-800-772-1933.  Please note that an eighteen percent (18%) gratuity is added to the retail price of all spa services.
